How far is the accommodation from the cities of Girona and Barcelona?
Girona is only 30 minutes drive from Can Cruanyes while Barcelona is a 90 minute drive.
How far from the sea is the accomodation?
Pescadora beach is only 30 minutes drive from Can Cruanyes while the beach of Costa Brava is only an hours drive.
Are the days of arrival and departure flexible?
Absolutely. If you wish to stay longer or shorter than a normal weeks stay we can accommodate you accordingly.
Does your accomodation have wheelchair access?
Yes. One of the apartments (the 3 bedroom apartment) is wheelchair accessible.
Is it suitable for children to play outside?
Yes. Can Cruanyes is located in a rural setting on 20 acres of land, making it ideal for children to be able to play in safety.
What temperatures should be expected on arrival?
Tempertures vary in Catalonia from five degrees Celsius to 28 degrees. View graph.
Are we allowed to bring our dog(s)?
No.
Where can I buy groceries while I'm staying at Can Cruanyes?
Grocery shopping for your stay can be done in a town called Besalu which has all the necessary shops including Lidl. Besalu is a 15 minute drive from your accommodation. Basic groceries can also be purchased in the local village of Tortella - a 15 minute walk from Can Cruanyes.
